What happens in an online consultation?

The online consultation process of meds4all follows the following pattern:

• You select the medication you require
• Read all necessary information on it
• Fill in an online order cum consultation form with all your medical details
• The form is reviewed by the doctor – this is the actual consultation part
• Once the doctor approves the treatment, a pharmacy dispenses the medication which is sent to you via an international courier
• If the doctor disapproves the treatment, your money is refunded in full

We advise you to first consult your doctor/physician about any treatment you plan to undertake and get from meds4all.

Which courier will you dispatch my order through?

All orders are despatched by the pharmacies only through reputed and well-known international couriers including Skynet, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS and Fedex. You will be sent a tracking code through email to intimate you about the despatch of your order and to allow you to track it on its way to you.

Will the medications I order be genuine?

We work only with top pharmacies that follow strict codes of conduct and are tightly regulated by the relevant medical authorities. All our pharmacies only send you genuine, branded medications in the original manufacturers’ packaging carrying original stickers and hallmarks.

No treatment is dispensed without a prescription and every prescription approved by our doctor is again cross checked by the pharmacist dispensing the medication to ensure that there has been no compromise in any way that might affect your health and the integrity of our system. For confirmation, you can cross verify the batch numbers on the packaging with the manufacturers similarly to what we do on a routine basis.

What about hidden charges?

We are strictly against hidden charges and believe in complete transparency. What you see is what you pay. The cost of the online consultation and the international courier is included in the cost of the medication displayed online. We have the benefit of price differences between countries and manufacturers for different countries and so we are able to pass on this benefit to you. Why should you pay more when the same, original medication is available at a more sensible price?

How long before I get my medications?

We are committed to delivering your medications at the earliest and the same can be delivered to you any time from 24 hours to five days once despatched from our pharmacies. There are bound to be differences in delivery times for different countries on account of distance, custom checks and the service efficiency of your local postal service. You should be able to track your order online; if however you need help at any stage, please contact us and we will track it down for you.

I am worried about discretion

Rest assured about discretion; no one outside of the doctor and the pharmacy will be aware of what you have purchased. Under no condition is any information you provide us sold or displayed publicly. Even the medications are despatched in discrete packaging to ensure that you can receive them safely, in an untampered condition and without embarrassment at you doorstep.

Will the courier delivery require me to sign for it?

Yes, the courier will require you to be at home to sign for the delivery; it serves as a confirmation of your having received your medications.

What if I am not around to receive it?

Normally, the courier will leave a calling card requesting you to either call and collect your order from their local delivery office or for make alternate arrangements for delivery at a time and place convenient to you.

It’s been a few days since I placed my order; when will I get it?

If it has been some time since you placed your order, we request you to get in touch with us at the earliest. There might be some issue (either medical or otherwise) with your order for which we might have tried to get in touch with you but could not reach you.

What is your refund policy?

Legal guidelines do not allow us to accept returned prescription medications; subsequently we are unable to refund money in such cases. If however the doctor does not approve any medication, your money will be refunded in full.

Are all Credit Cards accepted?

We accept most credit cards including Visa, Master, Maestro, American Express and Switch as well as most debit cards. If you have any queries about your own card, just contact us.

What about the safety of my personal details?

We follow a very strict Privacy Policy which does not allow us to reveal any details to any third parties; your details are extremely secure with us.

Is your doctor available for discussing my condition?

Yes you can definitely talk to our doctor regarding your condition. Just let our customer service people have your name, contact details and the ideal time to call you via email and arrangements will be made for our doctor to contact you in strict confidence.

Is meds4all an online pharmacy?

No. meds4all is an online clinic that allows patients to consult doctors and get private medical treatment via our website. We use services of regulated pharmacies and registered doctors that have been vetted for their efficiency.

Are treatments obtained this way legitimate?

In most countries and for a certain duration, yes; however you should always verify the laws if the laws in your own country allow you to place an order for medications online. You should always remember that meds4all is a private online clinic that provides you access to doctors and pharmacies but it is not itself an online pharmacy.
